IndianOil R&D celebrates 54th Foundation Day

Farifabad!/- Indian Oil R&D celebrated its 54th Foundation Day at the R&D Centre Faridabad in the august presence of Chief Guest – Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Padma Vibhushan and Guest of Honor – Mr. A.S. Sahney, Chairman – IndianOil.
In his address, Chairman, IndianOil expressed that IndianOil R&D epitomizes two of IndianOil’s core values – Innovation & Nation-First. Mr. Sahney shared that IndianOil R&D has done remarkable innovations in the past and should strive for value generation and wealth creation by innovating indigenous lubricant technologies, inventing processes to reduce refinery emissions, and cost-reduction of Green Hydrogen Production.
Padma Vibhushan, Dr. Anil Kakodkar, while addressing the gathering, appreciated the R&D efforts of IndianOil R&D and highlighted the crucial relevance of maintaining leadership in innovation to making India Atma Nirbhar in Technology.
Dr. Alok Sharma, Director (R&D) presented the achievements of IndianOil R&D over the years with special emphasis on the technologies and products it has innovated and commercialized in the past year. He motivated Team R&D to continue with an unwavering commitment, strive for creating innovative solutions for IndianOil and the nation, while ensuring profitability for the corporation in navigating the dynamic energy transition scenario.
