Team Building via Change of Attitude

FARIDABAD/..All of us are better than Each of us – said Mr. J.P. Malhotra, President Haryana State Productivity Council at the Inaugural of Half Day Training Seminar on “Team Building through Attitudinal Change From “I” to “WE” Attitude”. TEAM, he said, means Together Everybody Achieves More. To be a successful Team member you should have Compatibility and Commitment, Trust and Willingness to learn. As a Team you visualize the total picture. The attitude has to change from I to WE to YOU. Be helpful and open to communication. As a TEAM, imbibe values, observe standards and rules. The Training Seminar was conducted by renowned T&D Consultant Sh. Subhash Sharma and attended by 32 participants drawn from Ecocat India, Talbros Automotive, Richa Industries, Sage Metals, Rinku Rubber, Whirlpool of India, Ess Gee Industries.The participants in their feedback found the programme effective and educative and useful for Performance delivery in the organisation. All participants were presented Certificates of Participation by HSPC Executive Director Sh. P.K. Singh.Explaining the role of HSPC, Mr. P.K. Singh enlightened the participants of training and skill development initiative of HSPC under the presidentship of Mr. J.P. Malhotra. HSPC also does In-Company Training of employees in areas like ISO 9000, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Soft Skills Development and Communication.
